Terms and Conditions
- One time agency fee payment made via MTN mobile money to 0242367676. This non-refundable fee covers registration and service charge (per candidate) as a client for six (6) months and you are entitled to one (1) free replacement within that period.
- The nanny search process begins once we have received the filled client form and payment. Kindly give detailed information on any preferences you’d like us to consider when making the shortlist for the interviews.
- Interviews are set at a convenient time for the client to meet the prospective candidate(s). This is done at the office or at the client’s preferred location. Virtual options such as phone interviews or video call options are available.
However, once the interview is moved from the office, client pays for TNT cost involved. - Salaries, off days, duties and responsibilities and work routine are discussed at the interview, concluded and contract drafted to that effect. Placements are completed within one to two weeks from the start of the search process.
